The DEFINITION is this....

Websters defines "SPEED" as:

"The rate or a measure of the rate of motion, especially...

   1. Distance traveled divided by the time of travel
   2. The limit of this quotient as the time of travel becomes vanishingly small; the first derivative of distance with respect to time.
   3. The magnitude of a velocity.

I define it as "HOLY CRAP THAT WAS QUICK"!

Now VELOCITY is a whole different matter:

"A quickness of motion...

   1. The rate of change of position along a straight line with respect to time

    2. Rate of occurrence or action

My definition? Whomever gets there the quickest WINS!

Most of you may know me as Captain Canuck aka WDHIII but my real name is Wil and while I AM the panultimate Canadian I have plenty of other interests too.

Yes cut me and I still BLEED RED and WHITE ICE CUBES but along with that love of my country is another......

SPEED!

Yup. If you can ride IN it or ON it you can bet that I've been there, broke that, bought a new one.

From 4 to 2 to NO wheels its all the same! As long as it's fast!

Now because my 'Blog does take up a fair amount of time I'm thinking I might just update this site at the beginning of each month, adding to content already here PLUS bringing in some new stuff along the way!

So with that out of the way I guess theres nothing more to say but BUCKLE UP BUTTERCUP 'cause we're about to go racing!!!

A little about me.....

I guess you could say I've always had a NEED FOR SPEED! On any given day you could find me out with the boys and if we weren't playin road hockey chances were pretty good we were either out building GO-CARTS or racing our bikes. That is til I found the back end of that Police Cruiser after losing my brakes but thats ANOTHER story! All I have to say about that right now is good thing those cars have lights up on top of them; thats the ONLY thing that kept me from going COMPLETELY over it!

Around the world....

Since I enjoy many forms of motor racing I will attempt to cover them all, from NASCAR to N.H.R.A., from 2 wheels to 4 and perhaps even venture abit up into the RARE AIR! Flying has always been a passion of mine but alas and alack when you can only see so many colors there aren't too many commercial companies willing to take a chance on a KODACHROMICALLY CHALLENGED guy! Even the C.A.F turned me down!

I'm also going to give each "genre'" it's own page so if you have a favorite sport you can just click on the tab above and HOPEFULLY get the somewhat latest news!
